Each day's topic will be centered around reclaiming our health and vitality of our younger years while focusing on the health issues of women and how we can prevent them from actually manifesting in our lives by being aware of all the things we can do to keep illness at bay.
Besides discussing prevention illness and chronic disease, I will also share safe and natural anti-aging tips that I have tried and tested, and feel will benefit you too. I will give you the basics for Face Yoga, and other tools and tips to soften fine lines and wrinkles naturally. I will talk about many of the symptoms that are associated with perimenopause and menopause, and ways to help lessen the severity of them so that you can enjoy this wonderful time of your life.
